This product is amazing

I was really shocked how quick the set up is it’s done in around 2 mins. Once inserted it connects to your phone and there’s a ruby on the screen that rises when you contract your muscles so you visually get to see how strong your muscles are then it sets tasks and challenges throughout. The only con is that it can lose connection mid way if the phone is not held close enough to your midriff. Overall though the product is amazing!

Discreet and portable, it comes with carry case that doubles as a wireless charger (micro USB) best used 3 times a week and easy to follow 5 mins only each time. And it’s silicone so really easy to clean.

After suffering for many years this is the perfect trainer. It is used for pelvic floor exercises it’s really Comfortable and you can do the pelvic exercise anytime anywhere it has a app to that makes it so time.
