Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products once they have been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

We offer a 14-Day Fit & Comfort Guarantee on eligible products:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Product must be cleaned and in good condition
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs and any price difference
  • Replacement items are provided at our cost (no markup)

This ensures you get the right fit without unnecessary risk.

Warranty (90 Days)

All products are backed by a 90-Day Limited Warranty covering:

  • Material issues
  • Functional failures under normal use

If you experience an issue, contact us with your order details and photos (if applicable), and we’ll arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds
