Shipping Policy – Zealous Pleasures (USA)

By placing an order with Zealous Pleasures, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure fast fulfillment and to prevent fraud, disputes, and chargebacks.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once an order enters processing, it is immediately routed to our fulfillment network and cannot be modified, canceled, or intercepted.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 Business Days)
  • Priority Shipping (1–3 Business Days)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Split Shipments

Orders may ship from multiple warehouses. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Items may arrive in separate packages
  • Multiple tracking numbers may be issued
  • Delivery times may vary per item

Discreet Shipping

All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for privacy.

Address Accuracy (Customer Responsibility)

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Address change requests are not guaranteed once an order is placed

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun
  • If a cancellation request is approved prior to fulfillment, a 25% restocking fee will be applied
  • Refused deliveries or chargebacks do not cancel an order and are subject to fees

Returned to Sender / Reshipment

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal:

  • The order must be received back at our facility before any action is taken
  • Customers are responsible for all reshipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is shipped, tracking information is provided. A shipment marked as “Delivered” by the carrier is considered fulfilled.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
  • Carrier delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered fraudulent activity
  • We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with proof of delivery, order confirmation, and acceptance of these terms
